1. Cancellation Policy
- a. Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing order on the Site. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
- b. Cancellation by Ambali Foods: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of products, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity.
2. Refund Policy
- a. Refunds for Cancellation: If you cancel an order within the specified time frame of 2 hrs after placing the order and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
